2011 was a landmark year for the UPU's Quality of Service Fund as it celebrated its tenth anniversary. Eligible member countries can look to the fund to finance improvements to inbound international mail.
During 2011, the United States became chair of the fund's board of trustees, represented by Flori McClung. Faryal Mirza from the UPU Communication Programme spoke to McClung to learn more about the historic year.
