Process for obtaining a visa

Step 0: Check with your nearest Consulate if you require a visa to visit the Russian Federation. If you require a visa, please proceed with the following steps.

Step 1: Please fill the attached application form with your details. This form is to request an "invitation letter" from Russia Post specifically to obtain a single entry visa to attend the UPU World CEO Forum 2017.

Step 2: Please send the application form with a copy of your passport and previous Russian visa copies, if any, to inpost[at]russianpost.ru (cc: ceoforum[at]upu.int ) as soon as possible and at the latest by 20 July.

Step 3: You will receive an "invitation letter" from Russian Post which will contain details of your passport and stay in Russia.

Step 4: Apply for a "single visit visa" at the nearest consulate of the Russian Federation. Submit the "invitation letter from Russian Post" as a supporting document. All consulate fees are to be borne by the applicant.

Step 5: Receive your visa and carry your passport to enter the Russian Federation.
