The 2018 edition UPU World CEO Forum will be held 9-10 May at Swissôtel the Bosphorus, Istanbul. 

More than 60 CEOs from all around the world have already confirmed participation. If you have not already registered, please contact ceoforum[at]upu.int to express your interest in attending.

Visas: Turkish Post has kindly provided a special invitation letter for visa application purposes. For further details, please download the "Visa process". 

Accommodation: The venue of the event is the Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul. In order to book accommodation, please fill out the “Accommodation and transportation form” and send it back to upuceoforum[at]figurint.com, with copy to ceoforum[at]upu.int and puidb[at]ptt.gov.tr at latest by 19th April.

Transportation: Pick up and drop off services will be provided from Istanbul Atatürk Airport to the recommended hotels (Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul and AC Hotel by Marriott Macka). In order to arrange this service, please provide details through “Accommodation and transportation form”.

Dinner on 8th May: Please note that the CEO Forum will begin with an Executive Dinner for all participants at 19:00 on 8 May at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul.
